How to deal with passive-aggressive behavior
1) DO NOT ENABLE
2) DO NOT MIRROR with passive aggressive behavior
3) Counter with OPEN COMMUNICATION
4) RESPOND TO THEIR EMOTIONS
PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR eventually produces an ATOMIC-EXPLOSION
